On
14th Feb, 2009 ASME UET Lahore organized a
presentation contest. The basic purpose
of this contest was to enhance the
communication skills and confidence of
the students. The participants could
present on any topic of their choice
(Technical or Non-Technical), after
approval from the organizers. The contest was open for both ASME members and non-members. It was
arranged at the Mechatronics Seminar
Hall.
The
participants could present individually
or in a team of 2. Students from a
number of departments participated in
the contest.
The special feature of this contest was
that for the first time in UET Lahore,
ASME UET introduced the concept of
Online Registration in this contest. The
participants could register themselves
online or at the infodesk.

Awards:
The
winners were awarded cash prizes. In
addition to this, all the participants
were given participation certificates.
